through our app, website, or at the front desk.

equipment, high-quality audio systems, whiteboard, flip charts, and lightning-fast WiFi. Larger
rooms feature multiple screens and advanced AV systems.
Bookings can be cancelled or rescheduled up to 4 hours before the meeting start time without
penalty. Late cancellations may incur a 50% fee. Emergency cancellations are handled case-by-case
with our member services team.
